Hey, there is one snake movie where a doctor gets bitten by one and he turns into a gigantic snake-man. It is a Malaysian movie. Did you know happen to know the title of it, please?
I’m not sure about the film you are referring to.
The only Malaysian snake movie that I know of is Ular (2013) which has a very different plot.
Your description does match the plot of the US film Ssssss (1973)
